Effective Monday, October 16, 2023

DSD Planners will be available to the public for walk-in questions and phone calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am – 5 pm; all other times will be by appointment only.

The purpose of this change is to dedicate additional time to review of existing cases, and to provide thorough and accurate information to our customers. We are working on improving our timeliness of case processing, as well as adding and training new team members.

To help us serve you better, customers are asked to complete an INTAKE FORM. Please be as specific with the information as you can be.

Any intake forms, voice mails, or emails to the Zoning Info email box will receive a response within three (3) business days.   Messages can also be left for the Planning Department on the main planning line: 208-454-7458 or through the Zoninginfo@canyoncounty.id.gov email address.
